During my recent trip to a popular beach destination, I decided to stay at a hotel that was well-reviewed for its exceptional service. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was situated near all the popular attractions and nightlife that the area had to offer, including the lively promenade that South Beach is famous for. the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable and stylish stay. the hotel staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met. the breakfast provided was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. the hotel offered great amenities such as a nice little pool and beach accommodations, allowing us to truly enjoy our time in the sun.

One drawback of staying at this hotel was the noise level during the late evenings. It seemed that the hotel was in close proximity to a bar and a restaurant that played loud music into the early hours of the morning.

Collins avenue and other tourist destinations were at a small distance. We liked location and staff, no complains at all. Dine nearby at Il Giardino, which is 300 m away. There was private parking❤❤

Big rooms and helpful staff. We truly enjoyed the balcony, it was nice. For evening drinks visit Cala Cafe, it is located within 5 minutes by foot👍🙂

Great ocean view from the room and soundproofing works really well. The hotel is located near the main street where restaurants, bars, and shops are. They gift you a map with recommendations and info about the nearby places. The breakfast includes a variety of options like bacon, eggs, and bread. It's one of the few hotels in the zone that offers free Wi-Fi.

The check-in was slow, only one counter was open. The hotel has no pool.

Good staff, decoration is nice

The bed was awful. Way too soft mattress. The kind of mattress in which you fall 15 cm inside. I like the hardest mattresses so it was very uncomfortable for me and my wife. Also this is on ocean drive and thus very noisy in the evening until 11pm.

They cash an amount for "possibles" expenditures in room's fridge freezer.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, right on the beach and close to restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with comfortable rooms and a great view of the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable. The included beach front rentals were a great bonus, and the staff set everything up for us. we couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Nothing it is perfect.

The atmosphera is amazing,all the staff was so efficient and allways I had a nice attencion from them.The rooms are beautiful and biger than others hotels.Ioved how clean it was.

the service, the people were not always nice... and I was really impressed that they didn't have a 5 stars hotel breakfast.... just like a continental one from 7 to 9 am..... with that, its NOT a 5 stars hotel...

Poor fitness centre. Bit mean charging $2 per in-room self-made cup of coffee (from machine provided!) and $8 for water!

With exclusive amenities and superb service, this venue surpassed all my luxurious needs. the swimming pool and private facilities are great advantages, as well as the impressive lounge area. the location is perfect, with stunning views of the park and beach.

The restaurant was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. the menu options were limited and a bit overpriced.
